Indoor Flying

For the winter season, 2025, the club was forced to find a new flying venue once the Rutland Rec Department violated terms of our contract with them multiple times and ended up giving us a refund. We ended up at the  Chase Sports Complex in South Glens Falls, NY. We flew typically from 10am to Noon on Wednesdays, then adjourned to a nearby restaurant for a nice lunch...great food and great company! Just $10 bought us two hours of flying, payable at the door. The venue is great...it's an indoor sports field, with netting on the ceiling, and Astro Turf on the floor...perfect for smaller aircraft! 

We'll likely continue operations during the 2025-2026 indoor season, so talk it up with your fellow club members if you'd like to travel with us.
